Year 3 Entry
Year 3 Entry, or 7+ entry, is a key admissions point at Edge Grove, and each year children join us, coming from other prep schools, primary schools or from overseas. Year 3 marks the start of our Middle Department, which is housed in a different part of the School. As there is also an element of change and transition for our own pupils moving up from Year 2, it is easy for new pupils can settle quickly alongside them.

After speaking to the Admissions team, you will need to register with Edge Grove which involves completing our Registration Form and paying the £120 Registration Fee.
Please complete the form and return it to the Admissions Department. The non-refundable £120 Registration Fee can be paid bank transfer and bank details are on the bottom of the Registration Form.
Children looking to join us in Year 3 will be invited to spend a day at Edge Grove, in a Year 2 classroom. During the day, they will participate in a full day of school lessons and activities, and may also be asked to take a Maths and English test. We will also review the child’s latest school report and ask their current school for confidential feedback.
